Course Voucher




Our vouchers entitle you to goods from The Lilac Barn to the value shown on the voucher. It can be used in full or part payment. The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date shown on the voucher and is non-transferable. Booking a workshop: In order to secure and confirm bookings of courses, full payment in advance is required. Payments for all courses can be made by direct internet banking or cheques payable to “Mrs C Dobson”.

Payments must reach us at least 14 days prior to the course start date. Bookings are made on a first come first serve basis and places are limited. Courses booked six months in advance can be secured with 50% deposit and the outstanding balance should be paid in full 30 days prior to the course start date. In the event that The Lilac Barn has to cancel a course for insufficient attendance or circumstances beyond their reasonable control, notice will be given and The Lilac Barn will refund all payments made in full. In the event of students having to cancel a course, written confirmation of cancellation is required up to 14 days before the course commencement date and a full refund less an admin fee of £10 will be offered.

Cancellations within 14 days of the course date are non-refundable unless we can fill your place, when a full refund will then be given less an admin fee of £10.

For occasions where a voucher has been used to book a place on a workshop and subsequently cancelled, the same conditions as above apply.
